Give your skin some love with our soft body rub that leaves your skin feeling silky smooth.

With a blend of Bentonite and NZ Glacial clays, fine oats, soft chamomile and calendula petals this is my new favourite shower product.

You can add directly to the bath water and let the skin absorb or you can add a dash of water to ceramic bowl with the clay rub to create a paste and lather on your skin. The petals are soft and non-scratchy and hold together well for a thick paste.

This body rub is suitable for mature skin and has been created with sensitive skin sufferers in mind, there are no essential oils added, there are also no salts in this blend  - see our Bath or Foot Salt Soaks if you have aching muscles.

  • Oats can be soothing and calm inflamed skin while providing a protective barrier against irritants*
  • Clay helps absorb dirt and toxins from the skin. It also adds a beautiful texture to the formula so that it glides on with ease.
  • Chamomile is well known as a calming herb for the skin and the mind. The flowers and leaves are soft and provide a beautiful scent to the rub.
  • Calendula petals are another must have for your skincare, they are soft and glide over the skin with ease.

Ingredients: Bentonite Clay, NZ Glacial Clay, Fine Oats (ground), Chamomile flowers and leaves, Calendula Petals.

Option: Although this Clay rub is developed to be used directly on the skin as a paste you can add directly to a bath or you can insert contents in a reusable cotton bag and use that on your skin or add to the bath to let steep. 

Directions: Sprinkle a heaped tablespoon around the water as you're running the bath or you can add a the same amount to the reusable bag and tie tight and let the clay and oats steep in the bath for the same effect. Paste: Add half a jar to a bowl and add a tablespoon of water at a time, mixing until you have a thick paste. If you add  too much water just wait a bit and it will thicken a little as it absorbs the water. You can also use floral water instead of tap water to mix.
